Terms of Use
These terms govern use of Krewss BI at bi.krewss.com and the Krewss BI app inside ChatGPT ("the Service"), provided by Kamakshi Clouds ("Krewss", "we"). By signing in you accept them.
1. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is available only to people with a Krewss account issued by an organisation that has a Krewss agreement, and whom that organisation has granted Krewss BI access. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Your organisation's administrator may withdraw your access at any time.
2. What the Service does
Krewss BI reads operational data held in the Krewss platform for your organisation — tasks, SOP submissions, campaigns, crew attendance status, guest requests, in-house guest lists and Google reviews — and presents analytics, lists and individual records. It is read-only: it does not create, change or delete operational data.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for the legitimate operations of the organisation that granted you access.
- Do not share your account, attempt to access another organisation's data, probe or overload the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Guest and staff information shown to you is confidential to your organisation; handle it according to your organisation's policies and applicable law.
4. Use inside ChatGPT
When you use the Krewss BI app in ChatGPT, your questions and the data returned to answer them are processed by OpenAI under OpenAI's terms and privacy policy. Krewss controls only its own service; see our Privacy Policy for what we process and retain. Answers are generated by an AI model from the data supplied and may contain errors — verify important figures in Krewss BI or Krewss before acting on them.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, including the ChatGPT app, and may update these terms; continued use after a change means acceptance.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and documentation belong to Krewss / Kamakshi Clouds. Operational data belongs to the organisation that entered it into Krewss. You receive no rights other than to use the Service as described here.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Krewss is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of analytics or AI-generated answers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution terms in your organisation's Krewss agreement.
